What is NLP ?

Neuro linguistic programming (NLP) is an approach to communication and personal development. We believe that there is a connection between neurological processes, language and behavioral patterns learned through experience, and that these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life and business areas. Each and every one of us aim to build a better life and to achieve our goals and that’s what NLP is used for!

NLP teaches us how changing the way we perceive the world can lead us to adjust and adapt our behaviors in order to live the life we dream of. An NLP practitioner will encourage clients to transform limiting self-beliefs and move out of their comfort zones. Breaking barriers and taking chances only helps to develop a fuller, happier and infinitely more satisfying life.

With neuro-linguistic programming coaching, I can help you with managing your emotional states, choose how to feel despite any situation you find yourself in, creating positive habits, changing the unwanted thinking process and improving behaviors, becoming more self-aware, increasing your choices, re-engaging motivation, learning about yourself, and changing self perception and lastly, refine your communication skills and strengthen your relationships.

NLP coaching is suitable for everyone who wants to change, improve and generally achieve more in his life.

Most people communicate their feelings in different ways. For the most part, they unconsciously communicate how they are feeling. Their tone of voice, volume, rate of speech, facial expressions or the words they use tell you what is going on emotionally. An NLP coach is trained to detect minute clues in the behavior and communication of his clients. This enables him to understand them in depth. He uncovers the limitations that his clients have imposed on themselves and works with them to move forward.

The most common limiting beliefs that people suffer from are: Hopelessness, worthlessness and helplessness. If you think badly of yourself, it is likely that you will have bad experiences. You increase the likelihood of not succeeding and failing. Beliefs are treated as presuppositions in NLP. The NLP coach assumes that you can make a conscious decision about what you want to believe. If you don’t like the results you get with a belief set, you have the freedom to change your belief set. The NLP coach uses questioning techniques to find out what feelings are behind the limiting beliefs. He then challenges the limitations in order to change the client’s negative thought pattern.

NLP is considered to be one of the most useful and accessible tools to come from modern psychology and can assist with:

* Stress management

* Improving feelings of empathy

* Improving communication skills

* Resolving destructive relationship patterns
