Twelve ways in. Most people arrive knowing something needs to change and not knowing which of these they want, which is a completely normal place to start from — you do not have to pick correctly before you get in touch.
All of it is available in person at Center St. Elie in Antelias, or online.
Therapy
Working with distress, and with the patterns underneath it.
- Mental Health Therapy — A regular hour where the thing gets said out loud, in order. The place to start if you are not sure what you need.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — Structured work on the thoughts and behaviors that shape how you feel.
- Trauma & PTSD Therapy — The aftermath of something frightening or overwhelming, at a pace you set.
- Couples Therapy — A space where two people can say the difficult thing with someone in the room to keep it safe.
- EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) — Tapping on acupressure points while staying with what you actually feel. Gentle, and it works online.
- Hypnotherapy — Not the stage version. You stay in control the whole time.
- Time Line Therapy — Old feelings that are still doing work in the present.
- NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) — Practical techniques for working with how you think, and the beliefs sitting underneath it.
Coaching
Less about distress, more about direction.
- Life Coaching — The shape of your life rather than one problem inside it.
- Mindset Coaching — The beliefs running underneath your decisions, and whether they still fit.
Practices
Things you can keep doing on your own.
- Meditation — Training attention. Inner-child and healing meditations, in person or online.
- Yoga — Moving and breathing with attention. Not a religion, and not a performance.
Not sure which one?
Message me on WhatsApp or call 03-267-243, tell me roughly what is going on, and I will tell you honestly where I think we should start — including if I think someone else is a better fit.
